How to order: Unless otherwise noted, all of our work is made to order in custom dimensions and finishes. For those few listings that are in stock and ready to ship, simply add to your cart and check out. For our custom, made to order work, follow the instructions below: 1. Select your finish from the dropdown box. Finishes can be viewed by scrolling through the photos for each listing. 2. To select an architectural paint finish, select architectural paint and enter the color code in the order notes section. 3. In the notes section, enter the material and dimensions of your tabletop so we know how to prepare your base to receive your top. Ex. Glass, 96x42x1/2, Wood, 120x28x2" or Stone, 84x42" 3 cm thick

We make every effort to ensure your piece will arrive safe and sound.  It is very rare for any damage to be incurred during shipping.  However, for your peace of mind and ours, we do offer shipping insurance to protecct your purchase during transit.  (Items shipped via UPS are automatically fully insured.)  
 
Most of our work exceeds UPS dimension restrictions, and must be shipped via LTL freight.  To allow our clients to manage costs, shipping insurance is optional but recommended for most purchases, and required on some. 
 
Specialty tops including any metal, glass, Krion™ or wood require insurance.  If you decline shipping insurance, you are shipping at your own risk.  Ownership transfers upon consignment of your order to the freight company.  Should you elect not to purchase shipping insurance, we cannot repair or replace your item at no cost.  We will, however, provide you with a quote to repair or replace, whichever option makes the most sense.  We offer the industry standard insurance, with a 10% deductible.  No refunds on shipping insurance.
 
Shipping insurance is $99.99 for most pieces. Shipments valued at over $5,000 must be quoted at time of purchase.
