How to order: Unless otherwise noted, all of our work is made to order in custom dimensions and finishes. For those few listings that are in stock and ready to ship, simply add to your cart and check out. For our custom, made to order work, follow the instructions below: 1. Select your finish from the dropdown box. Finishes can be viewed by scrolling through the photos for each listing. 2. To select an architectural paint finish, select architectural paint and enter the color code in the order notes section. 3. In the notes section, enter the material and dimensions of your tabletop so we know how to prepare your base to receive your top. Ex. Glass, 96x42x1/2, Wood, 120x28x2" or Stone, 84x42" 3 cm thick

The Chevron dining table base is not your ordinary trestle table. Trestle tables are the oldest table design in the United States, but you don't have to settle for your grandmother's trestle table!  
 
The Chevron design is perfect to use as a dining room table, conference table, or even a writing desk, console table or custom coffee table.
 
The Invictus Steelworks Modern Trestle Table or Trestle Desk is handmade out of steel and can go with any decor with a custom finish.  For an Art Deco flair, consider sun gold.  For a more industrial look and feel, consider a matte black powder coat or a steel gray patina.  Shown in a brushed steel finish, modernize this look with brightly hand polished steel or one of our unique powder coat options.
 
A unique metal table base handmade by Invictus Steelworks, the Chevron is available in custom dimensions and finishes. Shown as a dining room table or conference table, it can be made for other applications, including:

Custom Sizing
The size of your base is determined by the dimensions of your tabletop. Contact Invictus Steelworks for help determining the size of the base your top requires based on the design you have selected.

To order, include the dimensions and material of your table top in the notes of your order and we will confirm dimensions with you prior to fabrication.
 
Depending on the finish you choose, your tabletop and the decor of your room, this metal table base can be modern, modern industrial or industrial style and will complement virtually any decor.
 
Custom Finish Options
Not all finishes are shown. Ask us about other finish options, including additional powder coat options.
 
We offer a robust line of finishes, including fine architectural paints, polished steel, brushed steel, hand applied luxury patina finishes, an a long variety of powder coat options, including brass/gold, various shade of bronze, black, silver, and textured options.
 
Note about patinas: Hand applied patinas are marbled with varying patterns and colors. Each one is uniquely similar.

    All sales are final.  No returns, refunds, or cancellations.

  • Custom Work | Lead Time

    All of our work is custom and made to order.  Approximate lead time is 8-10 weeks.

  • How to order

    To order, select your finish and include the material and dimensions of your top in the notes of your order.  We will confirm the base dimensions and details  of your order with you by email, usually within 24 hours.  

    To order an architectural paint finish, select architectural paint from the drop down box and put the number of your selected shade in the notes of your order.

    This base is priced for tabletops 8' long or less.  For longer tabletops, contact us for a custom quote.
